The Environmental Law and the related legislation present in the Republic of Turkey, and while out of Turkey, the discharges parameters and standards vary according to the receiving environment’s discharge parameters and the sector involved. In addition to certain parameters originating from the industry, it is important to determine all parameters precisely according to the total production process and the characteristics of the discharge location. At the same time, planning for future scenarios should be carried out. Accordingly, catchment area management and the standards that are likely to be introduced in the future should also be considered. This study is determined according to the subject of production and various administrative studies. This includes obtaining advice from Official Institutions, catchment area plans and complete managerial determination of additional issues in addition to production etc. It is important to go through this stage carefully and meticulously.
