In order to test the operation of the treatment method determined experimentally in variable wastewater inlets in the field, a pilot-scale facility is built and operated for a specified time at the source where wastewater is generated. During this period, the required samples are collected again and measured in the laboratory. If, by reviewing the results, it can be seen that the planned efficiencies have been achieved, the process and technology in question are selected.
